Virtual Assistant

Job Title: Virtual Assistant (VA) – Client Outreach & Marketing Support

Location: Remote (California residents preferred for time zone alignment)
Position Type: Part-time, freelance, with potential for long-term full-time placement, 100% remote

 

Overview

2113 Labs is a fast-paced marketing agency specializing in concepting, design, and strategy. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our team by taking on client outreach, email management, content posting, and basic marketing tasks. This position is ideal for someone quick, detail-oriented, and eager to grow as we do.

This role starts as a part-time freelance opportunity (10-15 hours per week), with flexibility for additional hours as projects evolve. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to grow into a long-term role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach & Follow-Up: Manage follow-ups with trade show leads and potential clients using provided templates and guidelines.

  • Email & Newsletter Management: Assist in email outreach, newsletter formatting, and distribution.

  • Content Posting: Format and publish blog articles on our website and manage basic updates.

  • Vendor Research: Conduct research on potential vendors and manage timelines for projects.

  • CRM Management: Track client communication and outreach. Must be familiar with CRM tools.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar support role, particularly with client outreach, email management, or administrative tasks. Marketing and design familiarity a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with basic CRM tools.

    • Willingness to learn content management and blog publishing.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively through email and text.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of organization, ensuring that follow-ups and content are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities and new tasks as the company grows.

 

Hours and Compensation

  • Hours: Part-time, 10-15 hours per week, with potential for increased hours.

  • Compensation: $25/hour, with room for growth in responsibility and hours as the role evolves.
